take lessons from your children. explain to them that you want them to teach you things. ask them about things you see, different ideas, how to do things, etc.
afterward, write about your experience and ask your children to write about their experiences. use paper and pens or pencils. please give me your writings. you may send them to my mailing address or scan them and e-mail them to me.
