This route through the city blocks spells the word “stay” in downtown augusta, GA.
The graphical melody was obtained by photographing the buildings, trees and empty lots on my left.
The space at the beginning of the staff is so that musicians may add a clef and/or time signature if desired.
Feel free to add measure lines and any additional notation to the score.
The piece may be played with or without a key signature(s).
Use the buildings and the line that is created only as a melodic reference point.
The overall shape is more important than the location of the image on the staff.
Play with a walking tempo and rest before crossing the street or anytime you want to stop and look at the builidings.
